The only thing constant about the Transportation industry is that is constantly changing. Some of the changes will dictate changes in hiring criteria, driver orientation, fleet monitoring, remedial training, driver monitoring, vehicle maintenance files and document retention.

It is important in this type of fast moving, constantly changing environment that fleet owners and safety staff remain well informed on regulatory compliance and industry best practices.

E & B Safety Consulting will assist operators by identifying key high risk areas that have the potential to cause serious long term problems for the fleet.

E & B will then work closely with the operator to develop and implement practical policies and procedures that will address those key areas of concerns. E & B works closely with both supervisory and support staff in order to ensure that the safety department can become self-sufficient with only supervisory support from E & B.

Our goal is to ensure that a carrier is able to monitor its own on-road safety performance and will be able to make well informed decisions when it comes to compliance issues and will be in a much better position should legal issues arise.

Hours of Service Remedial Training: Hands-on training and review of logs with drivers who may be struggling to understand current Hours of Service regulations. This is a one-on-one training session which can be arranged in relatively short notice given our location at the TA truck stop. Handouts, Verification Testing and Certificates provided and such training would meet the requirements of addtional training as set out as part of your progressive disciplinary policy.
